Sturdy construction but confusing instructions

Sturdy construction. All the screws needed were included. However towards the end of the installation the instructions got confusing so I didn't follow them. Also, it seemed to me that the height is not adjustable. It raised my TV a bit but I was hoping for more but it was more my fault - I misread the specs.
