Very helpful in all aspects of our business - from regulatory issues to project coordination through permitting stages, right up until closing! They are very flexible with scheduling; their team is knowledgeable at every level about various state programs which was key for my client's situation (very large complex industrial site). Their knowledge base also helped immensely by solving many technical questions that were never answered before during different visits/searches into regulations or procedures within New Jersey laws as well as other states' requirements. It is very easy to use, it has all of our documents in one place which makes life easier for us! There are no downsides that I can think about at this time but if you have any questions please ask them before purchasing as they will be answered promptly by their support team!! We love how simple everything works with emact so far. Nothing really comes across when using Emacts services other than great customer service from start till finish. !
