Review on J World Sunrise Love Black Backpacks by Jason Dinh

The straps on my book bag have snapped. I just got back to school on Tuesday - 2 days ago. It's only Wednesday now. they put the book bag on my back on tuesday morning (loosen the straps) - took it off to the car - put it on and took it off to school after school - the same today. I've literally put it on and off 8 times - having taken it off for the 5th time today at school to take it inside I noticed the straps were fraying a bit. When I had to go on my back to my car following the tutorial posted today, I noticed that one belt was almost 80 percent gone and the other 5 percent gone. Bags are very well priced so I believe I received a defective bag. I was hoping the company would support their products and send me a new bag as soon as possible as I have classes back on Monday! But never got an answer. Having just paid my college bill, I really don't have the money to buy a new one :-(
