Stream has allowed me access to all my data in one place without having to use multiple systems or apps for different purposes! It is easy enough that someone new can learn how it works right away but customizable so even if you are an expert there will be things to love as well. The customer support team at stream could not have been more helpful when I had questions about their software functionality (or lack thereof). They were always willing to walk through any issues with us until they found what was causing them and then help fix those problems immediately. This type of service from such amazing people should become standard practice everywhere. There really isn't anything bad I would say about this product. If you're looking into using something like downstream give it some time to look around because everything seems like a "no brainer" once you get used to working with these types of programs; however, getting started might take longer than expected due to initial training needed with.
