I was thrilled to learn about OSTENT, an internet retailer specializing in video games and retro gaming equipment, as I am an avid gamer. However, because of my ultimately negative interaction with the business, I am unable to endorse them to other gamers. First off, OSTENT's product selection is constrained when compared to that of their rivals. Despite their focus on Nintendo systems, their website does not offer as many titles and consoles as other online retailers. When trying to find a particular game or console that OSTENT does not stock, this can be frustrating. In addition, I had a poor experience dealing with OSTENT's customer care representatives. I had an issue with one of the products I had ordered, and despite making several calls to customer support, I never heard back. I felt unheard as a customer and frustrated by the absence of communication. Additionally, OSTENT's prices are not always competitive, and I have discovered better offers on comparable products at other web retailers. While OSTENT may specialize in Nintendo systems, which is a plus, their overall product selection is limited, and their customer service is subpar compared to other online game shops.
