This is the best microwave we have ever bought. Everything cooks great. Just remember to leave the silicone mat in the pan for microwave cooking and remove it for other cooking options. The instructions are clear and we took notes because this is a very hot microwave. For example, the popcorn preset was flaming popcorn, which was purchased from our store, so we found that it needed to be cooked at 2:30 and no later. This is the only issue we've encountered, but it's completely fixable. I am so grateful that I researched and found this product. You will be very happy with it, just follow the instructions and it's very easy to keep clean. That's a plus too!
