Great option and perfect system even better than expected
I love that this software is able to be used for police departments both small as well large in size with ease of access no matter where your department may fall within these parameters.
As far as any issues or concerns there are none at all from my point of view however if someone were looking into making changes they would have every right too do so just because others might not like them doesn't mean those things should stay put either way good luck though! There isn’t anything i dislike about their product but maybe what some people say could help improve its functionality. Their customer service was great when we had questions during our training process which helped us understand how easy everything can seem sometimes then again other times very difficult depending upon user knowledge levels etc.

- Variety selections available.
- Easy, quick response by techs (even late nights!) whenever called
- Software never fails it works flawlessly even under extreme traffic loading situations without fail!!!!! That's important considering most companies use computers constantly & don' know exactly w/out much notice whether systems will work correctly due lackl
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
