Review on NOVOO by Tom Reid

Recently, I made a terrible purchase with NOVOO. The website was cumbersome and frustrating to use, making it difficult to locate specific information. After several failed attempts, I was able to place an order, but it took weeks before the goods arrived, and they were flawed and not what I had anticipated. I had nothing but trouble getting in touch with their customer service department to seek a refund. I felt like my money had been squandered because they were unresponsive and unhelpful. In general, I do not think NOVOO is a good place to make purchases. Their website is a shambles, their goods are shoddy, and they offer zero support to customers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid trouble.
