Review on 3D Printed Terrain Value Box For 28Mm Miniatures: Tabletop RPG Scenery And Wargame Terrain For Enhanced Gaming Experience by Kai Steinbach

A Good bad box - my new review

It's a box of 3D printed stuff with errors. If you're expecting perfection, these prints will send you to anger management. If you don't mind cutting away with an X-acto kinfe, sandpaper and elbow grease, there is not much wrong.I got 3 buildings, a couple pieces of gothic fencing, an archway segment, a sizeable rock collection and a small bag of tombstones. Most pieces had minor blemishes that are nearly invisible at an arm's length and prove I would be terrible at QA for 3D printing. Some pieces, mostly the tombstones, felt like they were quality prints tossed in to make the promised amount. I'm not complaining. The ones with significant errors:One of the rocks has pinholes across the top. I haven't primed it yet, but they appear small enough to be hidden by a good primer. The gothic fence sections have some layer issues around the bricks. Numerous bricks have print lines drooping down to touch the brick below. Paint and primer won't hide these errors. I've been chipping away at the drooping lines with an X-acto knife and it's a bit tedious, but not hard.Overall, I'm happy with what I received. If you've ever cut the base of an unpainted mini and made your own base, you have everything you need to pass these prints off as if nothing had ever gone wrong.
