Review on 🏞️ VIWIK Floor Mats 2019 2020 Santa FE - All Weather Protection for 1st and 2nd Row by Ryan Schweigert

This item does not fit the 2021 Santa FE. I don't normally leave negative reviews on a product, but I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and received no polite response to my issue. The driver's side upholstery holes do not line up with the vehicle pins. Thus, only one pin engages and the other does not. This creates a problem where the backing does not sit flush, resulting in gaps in the sides of the rug. Then the passenger side hooks are in place, but again the carpet doesn't sit flush because the padding doesn't fit. The next thing to note is that the car has small J-hooks for hanging on the carpet, but these liners have large holes that don't fit car hooks. At first I thought it might be a simple misunderstanding that I was sent the wrong product, but after careful research this is not the case. I have to admit I love the quality of the floor mats and the rear seat bolsters fit perfectly. I'm only having trouble with the two front bushings, which are the most important parts in the car.
