Review on Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoids 12655420 Replacement Parts by Andrew Arneson

I changed the oil and installed this kit on my 2012 Malibu. He has just covered 120,000 miles. Two days later my check engine light went out and hasn't since. Installation was easy and anyone could do it. I had an issue with one of the connectors falling apart during installation. I was able to put it back together and had no problems shutting down. Total installation time from start to finish was about 30 minutes. My local parts store wanted to triple the price. The package is also labeled when you receive it so you know which is inlet and which is exhaust. For this price you simply can't go wrong. The car was working perfectly a month after installation without any problems. UPDATE: The check engine light came on again about 3-4 weeks after installation. My wife drove it with the lights on for a few months (September 2018 to November 2018). Today December 6th 2018 I reset the code and as soon as I started the car again it gave the same code. At that moment I guess I got the bad part which is frustrating to say the least as it's 20 degrees outside right now so I've changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.
