Review on The Respond Analyst by Johnny Chambers

This tool allows you to view incidents from different angles which helps me make better risk assessments as I can see multiple points of failure within one incident instead of having only 1 or 2 options when doing so manually would require more time/effort. It's easy enough to learn how it works with little training required if needed. There are some minor glitches here & there (such as not being able to select certain fields), however this should be taken into consideration before purchasing. Having access to historical information has been very helpful since we have moved away from manual escalation methods towards automated ones using tools such as Responder Analyzer Pro!
