Great for setting limits but expensive and charges way TOO MUCH

I love how easy it was to set up our rules! It's very intuitive which made training new users quick & painless as well. There are some things we would have liked if there were more options available (like not having all 3 levels). We really had no issues with this product until recently when they started charging us monthly fees instead of per incident/per month pricing model. This has been causing problems since most customers don't make enough incidents each year or months so their costs go…

  • Ease of Use for setting custom response templates.
  • Great reporting features that let me see my team performance in realtime including individual reports by agent, shift etc
  • Flexible scheduling system is key considering shifts change frequently at many agencies due do staffing changes from client project schedules changing constantly

Great for Incident Review and Troubleshooting

This tool allows you to view incidents from different angles which helps me make better risk assessments as I can see multiple points of failure within one incident instead of having only 1 or 2 options when doing so manually would require more time/effort. It's easy enough to learn how it works with little training required if needed. There are some minor glitches here & there (such as not being able to select certain fields), however this should be taken into consideration before purchasing.

  • Easy to use interface that is visually attractive yet organized, logical navigation for various tabs available at any given point in order allowing easier accessibility than other similar systems while providing an interactive experience overall; ease between data inputting compared vs others due its simple layout design along wth user friendly features provided throughout each aspect making things quite convenient all around even though many may take awhile learning new ways about navigating through specific screens but worth pursuing nonetheless especially once fully learned
