First of all I would like to say that this is a really solid phone holster in general. I bought this for an iPhone 11 as well as a fairly large case for the phone and both fit perfectly in the holster (quite a snug fit). Unfortunately, there is a significant design flaw that I noticed immediately. The clip that holds the top flap of the case in the closed position is not adjustable. The male terminal is installed in a fixed position, and the female terminal is installed with an elastic band. The elastic allows for some movement, but not really enough to easily clip it in with my large phone case. Luckily there is velcro along with the clip which keeps the holster closed but I want to use a real clip for its intended purpose and not leave it open unless I want to fiddle with the holster to close it. Overall this is a great product and well made, but this clip design flaw is hard to hide, especially considering the clip is front and center on the case. A really simple solution would be to just make an adjustable female clip instead of using an elastic one.
