Review on 🎧 Enhance Your Listening Experience with JVC KSPD100 Adapter for iPod Interface by Wayne Flores

I purchased this item to use with my existing JVC HD CD receiver. Installation on the Mazda 626 was easy and took about 15 minutes. I routed the iPod connector cable to the glove box and kept the iPod Classic plugged in the entire time. It's out of sight. The JVC device controls the iPod as described by JVC, which is more of a fancy menu than an Apple-style intuitive interface. But the unit uses the current iPod setting when plugged back in, so preselecting a playlist never lets me use the JVC interface. Easily play the next or previous song; Easily skip forward or backward in MP3, easily view artist information or song ID3 tag information. The sound quality is better than the mp3 CD but I'm really just very satisfied and they are probably identical. I live in an HD radio friendly zone and I love it, but when my iPod library is doing its job I want to get stuck in traffic! I plugged in my iPhone and no wonder it won't charge the iPhone or play music. Do not buy this model believing that the iPhone will work with the KS-PD100. I assume the same applies to the Apple Touch. My iPod 160GB Classic works great. This will help me survive by showing Now Playing data instead of trying to use my iPod while driving!
