NOT SURE Defective Product

🤬The first time I used this product it took forever to heat up ⏱ then I noticed everything got very hot when I held it and started to burn my hand and fingers. 🔥♨️ I put it on a flat surface on a stand and it smelled like burning plastic, quietly and lo and behold it started to melt ITSELF! 😲
