Batteries will pop out if not properly seated in slot. The lights never stop flashing, so you never know when they'll be fully charged. If you leave them for the time specified in the instructions, they will not charge fully. It says if the red indicator is on when inserting the battery, it turns green when charging, but I inserted dead batteries, the indicator flashes red several times (2-3 flashes) and then starts flashing. immediately green and never stops flashing. After 7-8 hours I checked and the batteries were still dead. I called the manufacturer and they never answered the phone. There was no warranty information in the package, no phone number or address to write to. I had to search for a company and find a phone number. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. I would not buy it again and would recommend it to anyone.
