Review on ☕ Zojirushi EC-YTC100XB Coffee Maker: Premium Stainless Steel/Black 10-Cup Brewer by Christina Miller

I had trouble cleaning the first try. The unit keeps shutting down and needs to cool down to continue the cleaning cycle. After calling support I was told I need to send it in for repair which will take 2 weeks. Unbelievable! What should I do - buy another coffee maker while mine is being repaired. They will not refund my money and I only bought it in September. So much for their one-year warranty! Carefully! This coffee maker needs to be cleaned every 4 weeks with citric acid which costs about $10 a bottle! Customer service is terrible and I paid $165.
