We are using this platform for our business since last 2 years its working very good with us at every point if time when we face any issues they provide quick solutions to it within 24 hours from their end. It's free software but you can have premium features by paying some fee according to your requirement. I would say that there should be more options available like customization or customizing option where user could change things themselves rather than having predefined templates/designs provided by them. This helps me create my own unique designs without going through many steps just few clicks away!
