Finally installed mine on my 2004 Honda CRV today. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes but the result is almost factory quality. I used cross stitch and it turned out IMHO. Patience is the key! The thread that comes with this case is fine and will "work" but I bought some black 1mm waxed braided tiger thread to work with the leather and it made it MUCH easier. That is my suggestion. If you're using the included filament, do yourself a huge favor and thread it through the beeswax block first. The wax will hold the stitches when you pull them taut and it will slide through the holes in the leather much more smoothly without tangling or knotting. 5 star company, product and support across the board. I'm going to buy another one for my girlfriend's Nissan.
