Follow instructions. Used some dish soap with water. I pulled the old one out through the hole. Twisted, zipped up and put in a new one. The hardest part was getting the top spacer in there as my coil spring was a bit recessed at the top. But a little soapy water helped there too. It took about an hour to get the old 1 and new 1 out, another hour or so to put those stupid spacers in there. But it's still easier than jacking up the RV by compressing the spring and lowering the lower arm. I'm glad Firestone had a better option in the guide. hope it lasts I don't want to do it again
