I've been using these for a few weeks to store iced coffee for my church. They are refilled regularly and have had no problems so far. Glass doesn't get coffee stains like plastic storage containers do. The lids were packed loose in the box and as they are shipped and experience changes in pressure with changes in altitude and temperature this makes sense. But I wish they were boxed a little more deliberately, rather than feeling like they were just thrown in. The lids hold the pressure very well. Some reviewers have complained that the glass has chipped off the top of the cap - perhaps it's over-pressurizing or over-tightening the cap, damaging the glass? You just need to know what you are storing and what it does to fermentation level, temperature and pressure.
