If there weren't any bonuses, I'd opt for the "gray" version when I'm shopping at other retailers. The headphones fulfill all of my requirements for music listening, so I can't comment on the sound quality because I don't understand it, but they do satisfy everything else I need. Excellent tone. The headphones have a pleasant fit and feel good to wear on the head. My ears start to hurt after prolonged use, but I think it's more likely due to the shape of my skull. The workmanship is of the highest caliber. There is not even a creak. The ability of these headphones to block out outside noise is, without a doubt, the feature that I value the most.
