First of all it is well made and I would buy it again. It seems a little longer than stock, but I bought a used bike and the old lever may not have been in stock. The reason for the 4 stars is on the product image. The locking bolt is installed from below. Loctite or drilling a hole and adding safety wire will help prevent rattling and falling out. I drilled through the head of the bolt and the shifter to hold the bolt. I'm sure I just voided my warranty, but I can't imagine that sending a message to the company saying the lever fell off somewhere would also get me a new one.
