Review on ๐ŸŒˆ Small/Medium Elasto-Gel Lumbar Wrap by Southwest Technologies - Fits Waist Sizes 24-36 Inches by Chris Palmer

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Really great for pain relief and almost perfect.

Lost a star because it's very heavy and a star because it can't clean and starts smelling because it absorbs microwave food odors after 3 reheats (no matter how hard you clean your microwave). also difficult to manage (for me). I'm 5'4" and fit / 120 lbs. BUT S/M size is perfect for me. It stays flexible when frozen! Wonderful! I can lie on it and sleep in it. You can carry it on my back or wear it for anterior pelvic/bladder pain (I have a sensitive bladder/IC) and wow the ice on the flared bladder is amazing! Wrap it almost back to front I think they should get an extra small size for make a better fit for smaller people (even kid size?) They should also offer a "lightweight" version that is 1/2 the thickness for us light ones. I love that it's blue but wish it was would be black (or my color choice?) It takes up a lot of space in my freezer although I don't like it. But I'm very glad I ordered two of these. There's always one ready! They heat up depending on what microwave you use about 4 minutes from the freezer to hot from the microwave actually to put it out whether I guess I'll try again. Ideal for lower back/coccyx or sacroiliac pain. It's better than taking painkillers, but I do it too. It can't be worn under clothing so doesn't look very bulky but I've worn it while driving and it works very well and is great on a frosty morning (when it's hot). Truck drivers or anyone traveling long distances / this is highly recommended, but freeze well before travelling. So it's great for pickling ------------------, but due to the nature of the need you just can't avoid these small trade-offs (freezer weight/volume, food smell - hard clean and do not wear under clothing). BUT HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE for comfort, pain relief and portability. So 3 stars. Oh, and a little difference for your tailbone? It tends to tip over and stick out over time (unless you sit on it) and it looks really silly and doesn't touch your tailbone when you walk (at least it sticks up and up like a weird tail). on me). Hm.
