Review on Unisky Bike Trainer Stand: Noiseless Indoor Steel Bicycle Exercise Stand for 26-28inch, 700C Wheel by Doug Virden

Revainrating 2 out of 5

26-28 " size not accurate not silent

Both me and my significant other bought this exercise bike. My bike has 27.5" wheels but I think the tires themselves are too big or something like that because there isn't enough space between the contact surface of the wheel/trainer (the magnet that the wheel is supposed to touch) and the axle. Interestingly the hoop is actually touching the plastic base of the trainer that connects the metal frame and resistance magnet can't get that back at the moment so I'll try to resell them and find new shoes with a great size rating. My SO bought these and her wheels are significantly smaller than mine - 26" I think? But the wheel barely fits, the tire still touches the mat under her shoes, and I can hear it around the house when she's standing on it , through closed doors. The mat could be released if there were some sort of adjustable lock that would allow the two ends of the base to be moved closer together, which would allow the axis to be positioned higher. However, with every rotation of the trainer there is a very distinct one Hearing a pop (no wheels - so we know it's a problem with the trainer, not the wheel itself) I help her create a solid surface under the bike mat that has a gap for the wheel to touch it , allowing the mat to drop lower while remaining stable.TLDR The sizing advertised is inaccurate and it's noisy Would return if I could, not recommended.
