Based on my observations these ramekins are perfect for baking personal-sized portions of desserts and side dishes. They are sturdy enough TO hold up through baking and can easily be thrown away after use .The clear design also adds a classy touch to any table setting. However, they are not reusable which may be a con for some environmentally conscious individuals. Overall, a great addition to any home and kitchen for entertaining or everyday use..
