Very easy to install, instructions are very clear, great picture, great reception from the back of my 28ft trailer to the front of my pickup taxi team full size . The kit included everything needed for installation (I connected a taillight** for power and attached the base to the trailer). I made the mistake of going with a 7 inch display - it's just too big for my truck dash but would be GREAT in an RV or larger vehicle. I recommend cutting out a piece of cardboard (7 1/2 inches wide x 5 1/8 inches (display 1 inch thick)) and laying it on the dash to determine the best size (as I should have done). I'm going to get a 5 inch display. To be clear this was MY BAD and should NOT reflect badly on the product. Just hoping to warn future buyers to think twice about the correct display size before ordering (bigger is better). not always better).** Remember that in many 12V systems (like my caravan) the black wire is +12V, the white wire is ground, so I have the red wire from the camera (+12V) with the black Wire connects the trailer light (+12V) and the black wire from the camera (ground) which connects to the trailer light white wire (ground).
