Very easy to install, instructions are very clear, great picture, great reception from the back of my 28ft trailer to the front of my pickup taxi team full size . I couldn't justify the extra $150 for the Furrion surveillance system, which has a smaller, lower-resolution 4.3-inch screen. I purchased this system with two additional cameras to mount on the back and sides of my 42ft fifth wheel. Parking is a task for two people as visibility is very limited. This camera and monitor are very well made. Installation was very easy as you only need a 12 volt power cord and a good ground to operate the camera and monitor. The picture quality is very, very good. I bought a 7 inch single camera monitor and installed the camera on top of the back of my 17 foot camper trailer. The camera is about 8 feet off the ground. With the suggestion of others in the reviews here, I turned on the camera by tying it to the parking lights. I wanted to see behind me at a reasonable distance and be able to see the rear bumper.
