Product looks good, but looks used or scratched up

Product itself looks sturdy, but the box and a couple of the hole saws in there looks either used or scratched up. Would've gave 5 starts if it was clean. But now I'm not sure if it's a returned product or what.

Pros

The kit comes equipped with high-quality blades that can easily cut through even the toughest materials

Cons

The kit may produce excessive dust that is difficult to clean up
