Easy to put on for fat feet!

My 12 month old girl has started to walk a lot and we were looking to buy her her first pair of shoes. We tried different styles of Crocs and they weren't easy to put on with clunky feet, and some styles were tight. I bought the new Balance size 4 regular and size 4 wide. Size 4 is wide but it was not easy to put the shoes on. It's hard to put shoes on this girl. She wants to play with it, not wear it. Then came these great shoes. The step rite was already wider and it was so easy to set her on my daughter's stocky legs. I am so amazed at how easy it was, I will definitely be buying this brand from now on. Update 1 month later: My daughter has been wearing them for a month now. She walks in shoes more confidently than expected (barefoot is easier) and brings them to me to put them on her. She likes them so this is a winner. Update 6 months later: Her foot size has increased to around 4.5-5 but these shoes still fit. The downside is that the velcro has weakened over time from all stretches. My baby likes to play with velcro. We decided to go upstairs and buy a 5.5 so it would last longer. New shoes are not a gentle movement, but still a rite of passage. She still walks very well but I think the smooth movements were easier for the new walkers. It definitely helped her learn to walk with ease.

Pros
  • Flexible rounded soles to encourage natural movement and improve balance
Cons
