Review on πŸ” Schwinn Replacement Mountain Bike Tire, 20 x 1.95-Inch, Black - Find Now! by Jeff Vasquez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great price, great tire

Ever since Bowen first started riding his bike off-road, I decided to buy him real MTB tires. A search at Revain turned up a Schwinn 20x1.95 ATB tire. An email to the Woom bikes owner confirmed that his Woom 4 will be fitted with 1.95 inch tires. The owner couldn't help but send me a link to the very intriguing Woom Off series, but Bowen was so close to being the next size up. that we decided to wait until it reached that size. Schwinn has a pretty bad reputation for making heavy bikes that I wouldn't let my kids ride, but since Revain has a great return policy I decided to give it a try and see. To my delight, the tires appeared and were easy to mount. There's a noticeable improvement in traction compared to the 1.4-inch tire that came with the bike, although it's clear that the bike feels heavier and slower when riding on the road. Off-road, the improved traction helped Bowen stay in control even over tricky terrain, and I've watched him hop over rocks and run over tree roots with confidence, if not grace. The price under $14 is great too. Because the tires are so easy to mount, I have no hesitation in mounting and dismounting Bowen's tires whenever he asks (it takes about 10 minutes to mount both wheels), which means they are more useful than usual. highlighted.
