**Edit**I was contacted by the company in regards to my review. They refunded my $$. Still not a product that I would recommend, but at least they are decent in the customer service department.Install was easy enough, despite the poorly translated instructions.Was immediately pleased with the results. After a month or two I had issues with the pole staying fully extended, and contacted the seller. They advised me to use rubber gloves to tighten it, to help with grip. This kinda helped, for a while. Now it won't fully extend all sections.The biggest issue I'm facing now is that the pole is bent. So much so that I worry about the pole bending all the way on a windy day.I'm looking at other poles and realizing just how small and cheap this one is and dreading having to dig up the 2 or 3 bags of concrete that I poured for this.Do yourself a favor and do it right the 1st time, don't be a cheap a$$ like me.
