Poor Quality Greaseproof Wrap
This greaseproof wrap did not live up to its claims. After I put it to the test in an Industrial and Scientific environment, it failed to keep grease and oil from seeping through the paper. The only good thing I can say about it is that it was easy to tear off. The cons, however, outweigh this one small positive aspect. The wrap was flimsy and not suitable for use in a busy food service establishment.
- Made from greaseproof paper, preventing soak-through and ensuring food stays fresh.
- The tray is not microwave safe.
