Review on πŸ” ABLEWE USB 3.0 Switch Selector: 4 Port KVM Switcher for Mouse, Keyboard, Scanner, Printer, PCs - One-Button Switch, Includes 2 Pack USB Cable by Matthew Baltimore

Generally very disappointed with his behavior. Annoying, annoying and not well done.

Pros: Can switch between two computers under certain conditions. Sometimes it even switches when you don't want it to! The wires look fleshy. Cons: I totally agree that USB ports are too narrow. MY GOD. But if, like me, you don't believe the negative reviews, at least use cables you don't mind damaging. When your computer is in sleep mode or only goes into sleep mode for 1 second, it will not be activated by this switch with either mouse or keyboard. I had to plug in a second USB mouse just to wake my computer from sleep mode for that stupid switch to see. If both computers are asleep, then this thing is completely sluggish. It might as well be turned off.- VERY ANNOYING: If the computer goes to sleep and then wakes up while you're using another computer, it automatically switches inputs to the waking computer. Whatever you do will trigger a switch. Brainless design. Brainless. It's like they're too cheap to program it to know when the input is active before it auto-switches. When a USB hard drive is connected, your keyboard and mouse are held hostage until the drive boots up and is recognized by Windows. I have a hard drive dock with a standard 3.5 inch drive. The USB stick will probably run much faster, but the hard drive goes offline, so it has to boot all the way up again. I won't be returning it, too much hassle, but I recommend you stay away.
