Not all equipment listed in the instructions is included. The box was in good condition, the hardware pouch was sealed so nothing fell out. For example, where the instructions say "6 pucks," there were actually only 2. There was enough equipment to assemble it, skipping pucks in some places, etc. (or you could provide your own). The written instructions are terrible, but the assembly diagram was enough to figure out how to connect and the location of most of the screws is pretty obvious based on the hole sizes and the thickness of the parts being assembled. Thought about returning but in the end it's ok and does the job - it keeps my Harbor Freight Titanium MIG 140 low enough to fit under my desk. The lower shelf is sufficient for welding helmet, gloves, magnetic clips etc.
