Replace the magnet and they work great

I have a set of 1mm 1/2 inch thick neodymium disc magnets. I removed the plastic on the bottom and replaced the "weaker fridge" magnets and these are holding up great now. Another antenna had the same problem and I used some magnets and it doesn't come off unless I pull hard.
