The most useful feature is that it allows you to connect with your customers in real time! I can see who has left me positive feedback or negative comments right away so there's no need for follow up emails/phone calls etc which saves both my own sanity & theirs as well - not only do they get their message across quickly but also receive immediate responses too :) It would great if we could have an option of having multiple tabs open at once (like how google maps does) instead just one tab per window like now? Having this software helps us keep our business connected via social media platforms such as Facebook Messenger / Instagram chatbot where people are able to reach out easily without picking phone numbers from contact lists or even email addresses anymore!
