Review on Certified Replacement Wamery Pitcher Cartridge: Enhanced Water Filtration by Chef Deane

I bought three of these filters and didn't notice any difference so again double filtered my water with regular Brita filters and then recently tried filter number two and have since bought two different pH test strips and my water is 5.5 before filtering in general, then 5.5 after the Brita filter and another 5.5 after the Warmery filter. I think, at least for my filters, that the claims are false. If the next filter reads differently I'll change this rating, but I'll still feel like I screwed up with that filter. UPDATE: I soaked the second new filter for ten minutes and squirted out some, then rinsed for ten seconds, then ran two pitchers. Water through and poured them out, all as directed. The new filter did not affect the bodies in any way. I then ran this water through another filter which I used for 3 days (filtering through 2 separate filters with 2 jugs and the pH stayed the same. I used two different types of test strips, one with 10 tests , one of which is ph and then another brand just for ph testing and both show no change. So I have to stand by my original review and say I hope they remove at least some of the chlorine as advertised but I do don't bet on it.
