Bad design and dangerous

*update*I’m amazed this bike hasn’t been recalled yet. Look at my photo and try to envision yourself leaning forward on the handlebars and what would happen to you if you did. The bike didn’t come with assembly instructions so this is how I set mine up. because that’s how bicycles are assembled 99.9% of the time. Look through the other photos in these reviews and you’ll see at least one other bike assembled this way. This design is dangerous. I’ve spoken to the seller and over a year after they said they’d make changes to the bike, they’re still selling I’m the same product. If you buy this bike you NEED to make sure you install the handlebars facing towards the rear of the bike. If you do that, it’ll be fine. If you do not, your little one could end up with a neck injury, head injury or worse. To the seller, please fix the design.*If you’ve owned a bicycle you’ll spot this design flaws easily once I point it out.The handle bars are directly above the front wheels. There’s a reason they don’t make bikes with a 90 degree head tube angle. This bike didn’t come with instructions so I faced the bars forward because that is how bikes are assembled. My son flipped forward over the handlebars. The double wheel design does not teach balance skills. Instead it gives your child false confidence. The first time my son rode it he scooted across the house like a champion. We all applauded. Then he turned the bars and crashed forward and all we could do is watch his head bounce off of the ground.Helmets are an absolute must with this. He’s 16 months old now and almost too big for it.I bought this when he was 7 months old to use till he grew tall enough to ride his Stryder. After falling a couple times and going over the handlebars he didn’t want to ride it till recently. Now he’s almost tall enough for his Stryder.I probably could have and should have waited.
