ATTENTION, SCREWDRIVER!

These little devils make good thumbscrews, but before you think about making your mobo tighter than a nun's bosom, there's a surprise to watch out for. These little aluminum freaks are NOT cut in the head to accommodate a screwdriver, they are THUMB OPERATED ONLY. So if you can't think of a little editing or can't get your dirty mittens into hard-to-reach places, you're better off with slotted screws.
