The head did not come off

The head did not detach from the product as expected. I've tried everything but to no avail. The seller sent a replacement item and I had the exact same issue. I bought the Angry Mama from another seller and the head came off with no problem. I think maybe their party is old and the head has kind of grown into the body. 2 stars because the seller quickly sent a replacement and then refunded after the second one didn't work.

Warm Tips - Add a little lemon juice to the liquid for a pleasant smell; Don't add too much vinegar; After heating, please let Angry Mama stand for 2 minutes to cool down. 24-hour customer support email response!
