My Experience: 1) Bought this product to repair slightly frayed/aged leather in the seating area of my sofa 2) As the putty glue that comes with this product only comes in 2 x 20ml bottles, bought also a "Tear Mender Bish TG-6H" following Revain's "people who buy this, buy that" ethos. The result was a sticky/uneven film that tore when seated. It was a grave mistake to try to use it as a filler. The move was a complete disaster. 4) I then tried Doctor-Leather Leather Glue and it was great to see how well it adhered to the skin. So I called Steven @Doctor-Leather to order more glue and I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive he was to guiding me through the next steps, including reviewing my photos and providing virtually professional 1:1 support/advice Steven continues to be made available. 5) Incredibly happy with the product and support. I recommend it to everyone without hesitation.
