Review on Provista by Michael Boyle

There is no doubt that this software was designed to address all of our needs in one place, it's easy for users who are not technical people but still need access to their data! It also allows us to keep track of multiple projects at once which makes my life easier as well as being able to see where we stand against budget constraints etc. The system itself could do better when you want quick answers without having to refer back through your notes or emails - sometimes I have had issues finding what I am looking for straight away so would like an option within minutes rather than days/weeks later if its been lost somewhere else (for example emailing colleagues). We've just started using provisto solve some problems around time-keeping however they're solving others too such as project management & reporting.
