My Motoos 80cc bike kit comes with a one piece cylinder and head. Before installing the motor in the bike, I carefully cleaned the holes. I even removed excess molding material from the bottom end area where the transfer ports meet. I noticed that when aligning the base spacer on both the top and bottom, the castings didn't have a clear transition. Here you will need a small set of aluminum files, one round and one with a flat surface. Carefully remove any excess material that interferes with a clean and smooth transition between the top and bottom. Use a sharpie marker or similar pen to mark the areas so you can see exactly what you're about to remove. The carburetor and main exhaust ports can be cleaned and smoothed out to allow air to move better. As soon as I installed the pipe on this motor, I noticed incredible midrange power! I've had kits like this before, but this tube in this kit is the best I've had.
