they were perfect for what i was trying to do. They worked great and exactly as expected. I didn't have the problems described by others. I was able to install on the wire with my fingers and loosen and remove with my fingers. Using the wrong plug on a correctly sized cable can cause problems, but this is not a problem with the product. The only thing I've seen is that you have to make sure you line up the slot when you insert the plug into the outlet. If you don't, the tab may go under the connector and not work. In this case, all you have to do is fold back the tab and tuck it in. I will buy again if I need more.
