Review on πŸ‘£ Enhanced Healing Support with ProCare Squared Toe Post-Op Shoe by Francis Heart

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Lightweight but well protected

I wore these ProCare shoes to protect a healing toe when I was indoors with little exercise. In fact, it is uncomfortable to walk in these ProCare shoes. Because the sole is like a flat wooden board. When I had to walk a lot, I preferred the AirCast boots because they have a better rocking motion of the sole. Not only was it my preference, my AirCast boots were recommended by my doctor as they offer better stability when walking than the ProCare. However, the advantage of this ProCare shoe is its lightness. Wearing AirCast boots for a long time made my knee condition worse. The shoe lift helped, but wearing the boot for long periods of time still hurt. On the contrary, these ProCare shoes have never hurt me. I've read that other people have had similar pain while wearing AirCast boots for a long time. So indoors with little traffic, the ProCare shoes were the best safety shoe for me. Also, these ProCare shoes protected my toe well. As long as the sole sticks out past the toe and the Velcro is tight, it should work just fine. I also recommend using it while driving. This is because AirCast boots are so bulky that they are uncomfortable to ride in. My doctor advised me to remove my AirCast boot before riding and use this ProCare boot instead. In general, if you have toe injuries, it's good.
