I have been buying the same product here for about a year and have always been satisfied until my last purchase. I received a counterfeit product on my last purchase. The bottles were the same, but the shampoo and conditioner differed in color, texture, and smell from the original product. The smell was TERRIBLE! It was a strong, sour stench that I couldn't get my head around at all! This made me wonder if any product I got here is genuine and I will definitely not buy here again. What should all buyers pay attention to?
