Review on Kuhn Rikon Colori Chef's Knife Review: 6 Inch Black Knife with Safety Sheath by Jamie Yurcaba

I love this knife. Cheap but great. I might even like it better than the Victorinox I (and everyone else) got after Cooks Illustrated called it a bomb. I'm small and my hands are the size of 6.5 gloves. This works better for me than the larger Victorinox. The blade is still razor sharp and I didn't have to sharpen it. I've been using it at least every other day for 6 months. The graphite color looks very cool as a bonus. Update: I moved this to our AirBnb rental and I miss it! Guests have been berating it (and the peaky black) for a year now, and it's still in perfect condition. Didn't even have to sharpen. When we're done with our renovation I'll be getting more of these!
