I bought a Satari suspension seat post after watching a YouTube video that suggested this seat and seat post. I don't know how the author of this video used this seat, maybe they did it a little differently. It works fine with the seatpost if you use the clip system that comes with this seat, but the Satari seatpost has its own clip top with the clips you need to install the springs under the seat. And that suspension seatpost doesn't match the spacing of that seat. This seat has a wider set of springs at the bottom, a little wider maybe 5mm or more wider and I didn't know if the Satari spring support with the smaller clamp or the stock one was wrong. I have a stock bike that I was looking to replace, but I also bought an e-bike so it's set up for that when it comes here. I removed a stock bike seat and it fitted the rack perfectly. So this seat, like the one I've bought now, isn't standard for me, at least. It was a very basic Schwinn bike seat, standard, and it worked, but this seat didn't work. So I returned it. I'm giving it three stars because it looks and feels great and if you have a lot of regular posts and can use the included clips you won't have a problem with it. However, if you are mounting it to a custom suspension seatpost and need to use their stock clamps, you will not be able to use this saddle. I think I'll choose the ninth brand cloud or something else, maybe from a bike shop, not for Ebike. I will take my stock bike seat or suspension seat post to the shop and make sure it works before buying the seat again.
